Dried banana is a unique, healthy snack for those who care about a quality and varied diet. Also ideal for the little ones for the school breakfast box. 

What makes our dried banana different?

We dry it in a vacuum, at reduced pressure and lower temperature, which makes it particularly crunchy. It also maintains the shape, smell and flavour of the fresh fruit. 

Dried banana comes from certified organic cultivation. It does not contain sugar, preservatives and artificial colours. 

Dried banana is available in three fractions:

• bulk, that is a large pieces of banana, ideal for crunching as a healthy snack on its own
• grits, that is crushed banana pieces, ideal as an addition to oatmeal, porridge, products for children, breakfast products, confectionery products and as an addition to food for animals.
• powder, that is, banana ground to dust. Banana powder is an excellent concentrate of flavour and aroma. Ideal as an addition to confectionery products, breakfast products, ready-made oatmeal and porridge, food for animals. Banana powder is not soluble in liquids. When added to water or milk, it forms a thick solution, e.g. with the density of a mousse or cocktail.

Weight: 40 g, 0.5 kg, 1 kg. It is possible to pack it into larger customised packages.
