What makes our dried beetroot different?

We dry it in a vacuum, at reduced pressure and lower temperature, which makes it particularly crunchy. It also maintains the shape, smell and flavour of the fresh fruit. 

Dried beetroot comes from certified organic cultivation. It does not contain sugar, preservatives and artificial colours. 

Dried beetroot is available in three fractions:

• bulk, that is a large pieces of beetroot , ideal for crunching as a healthy snack on its own
• grits, that is crushed beetroot pieces, ideal as an addition to oatmeal, porridge, products for children, breakfast products, confectionery products and as an addition to food for animals.
• powder, that is, beetroot ground to dust. Beetroot powder is an excellent concentrate of flavour and aroma. Perfect for dry baking, as a condiment or seasoning ingredient, ingredient in ready-made soups or powdered products, as an addition to baby food or pet food. When added to water or milk, it forms a thick solution, e.g. with the density of a mousse or cocktail

Weight: 40 g, 0.5 kg, 1 kg. It is possible to pack it into larger customised packages.
